Below is the entire text from Ismailer's communication:

Team—

I know you all just finished your town hall - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the recent updates. Last time I sent you all a update, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most driven and talented developers we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”

With your dedication and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you continue to prove that.

The community feedback from last autumn’s Project ETHOS demo was revealing. It confirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but indicated we still had refinements needed. It highlighted the requirement for a sharper brand.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You took the criticism to heart and reimagined the title with a revitalized goal - one that’s poised to achieve its promise to our players.

Our confidence in this project grows every day. To advance the remarkable progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to announce Ben Brinkman as the new Studio Head of the team. After some time of conversations, he officially joins us on the specified date.

His management and experience in the PVP shooter field is considerable, having dedicated the past decade and a half producing and leading some of the most well-known franchises in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, the battle royale hit.

Please join me in greeting him soon. We are all excited to continue witnessing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the months to ahead.

Project Ethos does not have an announced launch window or platforms, but fans can expect more updates as production progresses.
